She’s also a published writer for numerous publications, a media personality, and a dedicated Culinary Instructor at the Culinary Institute of Canada.

The group invites people to share their reviews and personal experiences, and is a place to bring hidden gems to the forefront. The group continues to grow into a community of consumers, chefs, owners, management, and employees — all doing what Bill wanted the most: sharing! In regard to potatoes, his favourite dish is garlic mashed potatoes. He’s looking forward to enjoying many great meals during Meat N’ Badaydas month!

Hailing from the bustling multicultural city of Manila, food has always been a huge part of Via’s life and culture. She brought this passion for food and seeking out the best of it wherever she lived and travelled with her to Prince Edward Island in the fall of 2013. Since then, she’s fallen in love with the food paradise that is PEI and documents her body positivity journey, adventures throughout the Island, and infinite love for all things local on her Instagram @vianceknowles. A fan of beautiful, locally-prepared culinary dishes and a self-taught photographer, Ashley’s food photography studio, Sunday Proper Studios, combines her two passions in the best way possible. She shoots for restaurants all over the Island as well as works with several larger national and international food companies. Her goal is to help local Island restaurants and food businesses by providing them with professional quality photos of their creations and add a little more *pizazz* back into PEI’s food scene.
