🥳 Alright, party people - there are just 10 days left of our Meat N’ Badaydas campaign, and we wanna give a little shout out to our only vegan option - the Chimichurri Tofu Steak by @farmacyandfermentary!

This dish includes an organic tofu steak marinated in their homegrown and housemade chimichurri served with organic garlicky-goodness scalloped PEI potatoes and a side of seasonal roasted veg.

We’re so grateful to our friends at @b2.restaurant and @evermoorebrewing in Summerside for cooking meals for the S’Side Soup Kitchen, and to our pals at @merchantmanpei and @oldedublinpubpei for treating the fine folks in Charlottetown this week!

Have you met Chef Lucy yet? She’s the official, badass approver of all the more ~modern~ Meat N’ Badaydas dishes available at restaurants across PEI this April.

Lucy’s the queen of comfort food, but not just any kind of comfort food. She loves pairing classic ingredients like meat and potatoes with unexpected things like paprika chive aioli, crushed ruffle chips, béchamel sauce, and pickled onions and turnips—basically doing what she can to keep our taste buds guessing.

She also loves trying the latest @rewindseltzer release, a good trek through the woods, patio weather, and trying to pronounce funny words like “bah-day-dah-s.” You can catch her jamming to Weezer, The Verve Pipe, Semi Sonic, and Third Eye Blind (when she thinks no one else is listening), and forever planning her next tattoo.
